Abstract

Human resource management is one of the factors that directly included in running the activity inside a company. Employees with good performances will bring enchancement for a better company, and also the growth of professionalism in the way of improving the human resource management, improving the work discipline, and the fulfilness of working motivation. The objective of this research is to identify the effect of work discipline and work motivation whether partially or simultaneously toward the employees performance at PT. Permata Finance Cabang Manado 1. The method used in this research is quantitative method using the hypothesis to answer the problem formulated into sentence, using the survey method where the data collected through the questionnaire spread are the perceptions from the respondents, then formulated into the functional relationships. The sample of this research are 40 respondents that is the whole employee of PT.

According to the research result of the t-test, the variable (X1) variable (X1) t count (7,605) > t table 1,687 or Sig = 0,000 < 0,05 and variable (X2) t count (2,279) > t table 1,687 or Sig = 0,029 < 0,05. Shows that H0 is rejected or the variables Work Disipline and Work Motivation patially affect the Employees Performance. And the F-test result in that F-Count (62.925) > F table 3,25. Shows that that H0 is rejected or the variables Work Disipline and Work Motivation simultaneously affect the Employees Performance.
